Pricing Model

As is common for healthcare providers, we accept some insurance plans and not others. Please call us to confirm that we accept your specific insurance plan. As always, if you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted by a particular provider, you can contact the insurance company directly to ask for a list of in-network providers or search for in-network providers on the insurance company’s website.

However, if we do not accept your insurance we still want to see you! Please call our office and inquire about cash pricing. We have worked diligently to ensure that our cash prices are fair and affordable because our patients matter to us. If requested we can print out a “super bill” that you can easily submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please keep in mind that reimbursement is dependent on your insurance and not guaranteed, but many patients have reported being successfully reimbursed this way. Please let us know if you have any questions.
